The Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 (the RO Act) provides protections to persons who make whistleblowing disclosures about registered organisations. Not all whistleblowing disclosures are protected.

If you want to make a disclosure or are considering making one, you can find out more on our Making a protected disclosure page.

If you are a registered organisation, you can find out more on our Responding to a protected disclosure page. You can also access the Tools and checklists page for further guidance.

If you are an agency that has or may receive a protected whistleblower disclosure, you can find out more on our Government agencies page.
