Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce (VACC)

The organisation is divided into various Divisions and Affiliated Associations, however the organisation is a single reporting unit for the purposes of financial reporting. The supreme governing body of the organisation is vested in the Board of Management, comprising of the President and Representatives from the Divisions and Affiliated Associations, all of whom hold office for a term of 2 years.

The organisation's elections are conducted by the Australian Electoral Commission.
