Portal stakeholder consultation – 28 April 2022
The ROC has been developing an interface for our website (a portal) to enable registered organisations to digitally lodge certain documents with us. The aims in creating the interface are to make compliance easier, increase transparency and to help federally registered organisations save time and money.
On 28 April 2022 we held an online consultation with representatives of registered organisations and branches. We presented the current concepts from our software developer and received helpful and constructive feedback from attendees to inform the next stages of the project. Feedback is an ongoing and important process because we are committed to developing a portal which will add the most value for registered organisations.
