Our Information Publication Plan
Information Publication Plan in accordance with section 8(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 and the requirements of the Information Publication Scheme (IPS). The plan sets out:
- What the ROC publishes and proposes to publish in accordance with the IPS; and
- How, and to whom, the ROC proposes to publish information under the IPS.

Senate Standing Order 12 Indexed Lists of Departmental and Agency files
The Registered Organisations Commission is required to publish lists of files relating to policy advising functions, the development of legislation and other matters of public administration.
The list is prepared every six months and is published on the internet, so that it is publicly accessible.
